Custom Data Book Pages 

If you can't find a data sheet from the selection of 53 free pages available here on the site that directly fits your needs then contact me about getting a custom data book page made.

Here are the custom data book page options to choose from:

CDB-01

Using one of the 53 pages available here on the site as a base, changes can be made to the image on the page and writing within the tables however changes cannot affect the page’s RITR size template or the size/location of the tables.  Custom page titles are also a standard option. 

CDB-02

Using one pages available here on the site as the basis, changes can be made to the image on the page, size/number/location of tables, and the writing within the tables, however changes cannot affect the size of the RITR template.  Custom page titles are also a standard option.  

CDB-03

Changes can be made to the images on the page, size/number/location of tables, and the writing within tables.  Custom size templates are also ok and do not have to stay within the RITR size template.  Custom page titles are a standard option.

Data Card Set for Wrist Coaches/Tactical Arm Boards

These data cards are sized slightly smaller than 3"X5" to fit into common football wrist coaches and tactical arm boards to provide a fast and easy data reference.  The data card sets are available as a template so the customer can print the cards themselves on any kind of paper or as preprinted cards that are done on waterproof map paper.  These cards work best when using a wrist coach with a dry erase marker or pen to fill in important data such as target information or ballistic data. The template is designed to be reversible so keep that in mind when selecting which cards you would like. 

For Example:

Card 1 could be a Reticle Hold Over Card on one side and a Range Card one the other.  Carrd 2 could be a Dope Card on one side and a Notes Card on the reverse.

Pricing:

Custom Data Book Pages-

CDB-01 = $10.50 per template (10% discount for additional pages using the same custom template)

CDB-02 = $15.50 per template (10% discount for additional pages using the same custom template)

CDB-03 = $21.00 per template (5% discount for additional pages using the same custom template)

Wrist Coach / Tactical Arm Board Cards-

Standard Set of Four = $5

Custom Set of Four   = $9

 

How To Order: 

To place an order for a custom page or set of cards contact me at shootingvoodoo@gmail.com to discuss which custom page or card option you've selected as well as any specifics about what you are looking for.  If you have a sketch or mock up already done that would help greatly however if all you have is an idea that will work too.  I will not bill you until you have approved the prototype page and I'm not happy until you're happy.

  ***All custom designed templates are the property of Shooting Voodoo and may be used for other orders unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Payment for custom data pages and data cards may be done via PayPal, postal money order, or personal check.  The custom template will not be released to the customer until payment is received/cleared. Once a custom data book page has been approved and received there will be no refunds.

Printing Options:

At this time I do have a limited amount of printing options for CDB-01, CDB-02, and Tactical Arm Board Cards. 

Custom Data Book Pages -

1-5 pages = $.75 / page

6-10 pages = $.50 / page

10+ pages = $.25 / page for the first ten pages and then $.20 / page to complete the order.

***Four useable data book pages per page.

Currently only green Rite in the Rain loose leaf copier paper is available for custom data book pages but tan will be on the way shortly.

Wrist Coach / Tactical Arm Board Cards -

One Set = $2

Sets will come already trimmed and ready to be used.

All printed data sheets are shipped USPS Flat Rate ($5)
